Joseph P. Urso, Founder, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer

Joseph P. Urso is the Chairman & CEO of Vollara Thailand and our parent company. Our parent company has numerous holdings in the direct sales industry worldwide. Annual revenue of this group of companies exceeds 900,000,000 Baht.
Mr. Urso has led our companies to success using the Four Corners of Every Successful Business™ model, which he created. He planned the entry of our parent company into network marketing for over ten years. He believes in the explosive power of this industry to change lives in a positive way and dedicates his full-time efforts to company business.
Mr. Urso is very involved in the Direct Selling Association and serves on its Board of Directors.

 

Bill Coyle, Executive Vice President, Sales

Bill Coyle joined Electrolux Corporation of Canada, Inc. (now Aerus Canada Inc.) in 1972 as a sales rep in their college program, and held various managerial and executive positions in Sales, Finance, Marketing and Administration until January 2003. At that time, his employment was transferred to our U.S. affiliate. Mr. Coyle serves as the Executive Vice President of Sales for Vollara’s family of companies. Bill graduated from Dawson college in Montreal, Quebec with a Business Administration degree, and has completed additional course work at Concordia (Montreal) and York (Toronto) Universities in marketing and accounting. Bill is fluent in English and French and speaks some Italian, Japanese and Mandarin as well.

 

Carl C. Christoff, President & Chief Legal Officer

Carl C. Christoff joined our parent company in January 2002 and is currently President and Chief Legal Officer. He is also the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Vollara’s family of companies. From April 2000 to 2004, he served as Vice President of Engles Urso Follmer Capital Corporation, a Dallas-based investment firm. From January 1984 to March 2000, Mr. Christoff was an attorney with Stutzman & Bromberg in Dallas, Texas, where he served on the firm's management committee. Mr. Christoff obtained his undergraduate degree from Mount Union College and a law degree from Tulane University. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas.

 

Bret Holland, Chief Financial Officer

Bret Holland is the CFO of our parent company. Mr. Holland joined our team in November of 1998. Since that time he has held the positions of Director of Finance and VP-Finance, as well as his current position of Chief Financial Officer. Prior to his tenure with our company, Mr. Holland held the position of Controller for Interceramic, Inc., a Dallas, Texas based manufacturer of ceramic floor tile. Prior to that, he worked in public accounting for the national firm Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Holland has maintained a CPA license since 1992. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Administration. Mr. Holland lives in Garland, Texas with his wife Melissa

 

Anil Agrawal, Director, International Operations

Anil Agrawal has served in senior leadership roles with oversight in operations management, information technology development, administration, international business expansion/development, and logistics. He has expanded international business in commercial and direct sales to over 20 countries in the world, from EMEA to South East Asia including Pac Rim. He brings over 20 years of experience in business spanning from international trade, motion picture productions, and hospitality industry. He has been involved in the direct selling business for over a decade now, and is a recipient of “40 under 40 Leadership” award. He is fluent in English, Hindi and Nepalese languages and has extensively travelled around the world. He has an MBA from Lincoln Memorial University with emphasis on Business Management, and a BBA in Business information systems.

 

Ramez Wattanaserarat, Country Manager, Vollara Co., Ltd - Thailand

Ramez Wattanaserarat joined our company in 2011 and has been instrumental in developing infrastructure for Vollara Thailand’s Launch. Mr. Ramez has over a decade of experience in the Direct Selling Industry in Thailand. His prior experience includes General Operations Management, leading the sales and marketing team for a multi-billion dollar global direct selling company in Thailand, and coordination of regulatory requirements under Thailand Direct Selling laws. He frequents to Thailand Direct Selling Association committee meetings and is a great promoter of Direct Selling Business. Mr Ramez holds an MBA degree from Aramkanhaeng University Thailand.

บิลล์ คอยล์ , รองประธานบริหาร, ฝ่ายขาย

บิลล์ คอยล์ เข้ามาทำงานกับ Electrolux Corporation of Canada, Inc. (ปัจจุบันคือ Aerus Canada Inc.) ในปี 1972 โดยทำงานในตำแหน่งตัวแทนการขายในโครงการต่างๆ ของบริษัท เขาเคยดำรงตำแหน่งด้านการจัดการและบริหารหลายตำแหน่งในฝ่ายต่างๆ อาทิเช่น ฝ่ายขาย ฝ่ายการเงิน ฝ่ายการตลาด และฝ่ายบริหาร จนกระทั่งถึงเดือนมกราคม 2003 ซึ่งในช่วงเวลานี้เอง บิลล์ได้ย้ายมาทำงานให้แก่บริษัทลูกของเราในสหรัฐอเมริกา ปัจจุบัน บิลล์ คอยล์ดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นรองประธานบริหารฝ่ายขายของเครือบริษัท Vollara บิลล์สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาสาขาบริหารธุรกิจจากวิทยาลัยดอว์สัน เมืองมอนทรีล รัฐควิเบก ประเทศแคนาดา หลังจากนั้น เขาได้ศึกษารายวิชาการตลาดและการบัญชีเพิ่มเติมที่มหาวิทยาลัยคอนคอร์เดีย (มอนทรีล) และ มหาวิทยาลัยยอร์ก (โตรอนโต) บิลล์เชี่ยวชาญภาษาฝรั่งเศสและอังกฤษ พูดภาษาอิตาเลียน ญี่ปุ่น และแมนดารินได้เล็กน้อย

คาร์ล ซี. คริสตอฟ, ประธานและหัวหน้านิติกร

คาร์ ล ซี. คริสตอฟ เริ่มเข้ามาทำงานกับบริษัทแม่ของเราในเดือนมกราคม ปี 2002 ปัจจุบันดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นประธานบริษัทและหัวหน้านิติกร นอกจากนี้ เขายังดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นรองประธานบริหารและหัวหน้านิติกรของเครือบริษัท Vollara อีกด้วย ตั้งแต่เดือนเมษายน ปี 2000 จนถึงปี 2004 คารล์ดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นรองประธานของ Engles Urso Follmer Capital Corporation ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทด้านการลงทุนในเมืองดัลลัส ก่อนหน้านั้น ตั้งแต่เดือนมกราคม ปี 1984 จนถึงเดือนมีนาคม ปี 2000 คาร์ลทำหน้าที่เป็นทนายความของบริษัท Stutzman & Bromberg ในเมืองดัลลัส รัฐเท็กซัส โดยดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นหนึ่งในคณะกรรมการบริหารของบริษัทควบคู่กันไปด้วย คาร์ลสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีจากวิทยาลัยเมาท์ยูเนียนและสำเร็จการ ศึกษาระดับปริญญาสาขากฎหมายจากมหาวิทยาลัยทูเลน ปัจจุบัน เขาเป็นหนึ่งในสมาชิกของ State Bar of Texas

เบร็ท ฮอลแลนด์, ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่การเงิน

เบร็ท ฮอลแลนด์ ดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นประธานเจ้าหน้าที่การเงินของบริษัท และเข้ามาร่วมทีมกับเราครั้งแรกตั้งแต่เดือนพฤศจิกายน ปี 1998 จากนั้นเป็นต้นมา เบร็ทได้ผ่านการทำงานในตำแหน่งต่างๆ มากมาย อาทิเช่น กรรมการฝ่ายการเงิน รองประธานฝ่ายการเงิน รวมทั้งประธานเจ้าหน้าที่การเงิน ซึ่งเป็นตำแหน่งในปัจจุบัน ก่อนเข้ามาทำงานกับบริษัท เบร็ททำงานเป็นผู้ควบคุมของ Interceramic, Inc. บริษัทผู้ผลิตกระเบื้องปูพื้นในเมืองดัลลัส เท็กซัส ก่อนหน้านั้น เขาทำงานเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่บัญชีของรัฐที่ Coopers & Lybrand เบร็ทได้รับใบอนุญาตผู้สอบบัญชีมาตั้งแต่ปี 1992 เขาจบการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจจากมหาวิทยาลัยเท็กซัส เอแอนด์เอ็ม ปัจจุบัน เบร็ทอาศัยอยู่ในเมืองการ์แลนด์ รัฐเท็กซัสกับเมลิซซา ผู้เป็นภรรยา

อานิล อกราวัล, กรรมการ, การดำเนินงานระหว่างประเทศ

อา นิล อกราวัลดำรงตำแหน่งเป็นผู้บริหารอาวุโสที่มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการดำเนิน งาน การจัดการ การพัฒนาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ การบริหาร การขยาย/พัฒนาธุรกิจระหว่างประเทศ และโลจิสติกส์อย่างลึกซึ้ง เขาคือผู้ที่ขยายธุรกิจการพาณิชย์และการขายตรงระหว่างประเทศไปยังกว่า 25 ประเทศทั่วโลก ตั้งแต่ภูมิภาคยุโรป ตะวันออกกลาง แอฟริกา จนถึงเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้และกลุ่มประเทศแถบมหาสมุทรแปซิฟิก เขานำประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการขยายธุรกิจกว่า 20 ปี ในสาขาการค้าระหว่างประเทศ การผลิตภาพเคลื่อนไหว และอุตสาหกรรมการบริการมาใช้ประโยชน์ อานิลทำงานในธุรกิจขายตรงมากว่าหนึ่งทศวรรษและยังเป็นผู้หนึ่งที่ได้รับ รางวัล “40 under 40 Leadership” อานิลเชี่ยวชาญภาษาอังกฤษ ฮินดี เนปาล และชอบเดินทางรอบโลก เขาสำเร็จการศึกษาปริญญาตรีสาขาระบบสารสนเทศธุรกิจ และปริญญาโทสาขาบริหารธุรกิจจากมหาวิทยาลัยลินคอล์น โดยเน้นศึกษาด้านการบริหารธุรกิจเป็นหลัก

ราเมศ วัฒนเสลารัต, ผู้จัดการประจำประเทศไทย,บริษัทVollara(ประเทศไทย)จำกัด

รา เมศ วัฒนเสลารัต เข้ามาทำงานกับบริษัทในปี 2011 โดยเป็นผู้ที่มีส่วนสำคัญในการพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานของVollaraประเทศไทยมา ตั้งแต่เริ่มแรก คุณราเมศมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจขายตรงของประเทศไทยมากว่า 10 ปีประสบการณ์การทำงานของเขาได้แก่ การทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้บริหารฝ่ายการปฏิบัติการทั่วไปและเป็นผู้นำทีมขายและการ ตลาดของบริษัทขายตรงระดับโลกที่มีมูลค่าหลายพันล้านเหรียญของสาขาประเทศไทย และเป็นผู้ประสานงานด้านข้อกำหนดกฎหมายภายใต้กฎหมายว่าด้วยการขายตรงของ ประเทศไทยคุณราเมศเคยเป็นตัวแทนของบริษัทขายตรงชั้นนำ ในสมาคมการขายตรงแห่งประเทศไทย
